CAN YOU TRANSLATE OUR REQUESTS FROM GERMAN INTO ENGLISH?
Yes! We are focusing on the translation services especially for German guests with limited language skills staying in the Maldives. We are available as a on-call translation assistant via phone.
CAN YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR ME?
Of course! we are specialized in making personal recommendations and reservations for restaurants, private airport shuttle or water sports, diving and excursions.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located on the beautiful island of Hulhumale. Only a short ride from Velana International Airport.
WILL YOU HANDLE ALL THE PAYMENTS FOR THE ACTIVITIES?
We want our service to be transparent and only collect the payment for our service. Our clients are asked to pay the costs for the made arrangements directly with the other partners after receiving the service. Certainly, we help our clients with the communication with the partners if needed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CAN NOT TRAVEL TO THE MALDIVES?
As we are a personal service, we blocked the time for your reservation and did not accepted any other booking. Depending on the service you have booked, we might be able to receive another time slot and allow a cancellation with a minor transfer fee. We understand that situations appear where travelling is not possible and are committed to offer our clients individual solutions in such cases.
